Unpaid work at home done by men and women
The bar chart shows average time spent weekly doing unpaid work at home and the table shows tasks performed by men and women, by type as a proportion of all unpaid work at home. Generally, the more children women have, the higher the average time they spent weekly doing unpaid work at home and share a higher proportion in doing unpaid work than men.
With or without children, average time spent weekly by men doing unpaid work at home was the same at about 18 hours. However, average time spent weekly by women doing unpaid work at home was increase without children was 30 hours, with 1-2 children was about 52 hours and with more than 3 children was about 56 hours. Proportian of women doing household cleaning and cooking was a little bit higher than men. While childcare, women was obviously higher than men because women have more soft-hearted in took care of their children compared to men. A part from that, men have higher proportion in gardening and household repairs because they have that ability which is women doesn't have.
All in all, women had more responsibility than men!
